The winner is Ihsan while the second place goes to Dirly. Ihsan is not great singer I think. His voice is on standard quality (can not write bad :p). His album was not succesful at all. I think he wins the competition because of his poor condition which encourages sympathy from many voters. Dirly is better in my opinion.
